At Van Halen Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your rock and roll gear. If your purchase doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Gear
Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached into their original packaging or a secure shipping box.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund once the items are inspected.
